Handmade from porcelain clay, the exterior is left unglazed and wet sanded by hand to create Ditte Fischer’s signature silky matte surface, while the red interior is glazed for practical everyday use. The red colour creates a bold contrast with the white exterior, adding a graphic detail while keeping the mug’s simple cylindrical form at the centre.

At 10 cm high, it is a versatile mug for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or other warm drinks. The hand finished surface gives the porcelain its distinctive smooth, tactile quality.
