Handmade Boat Bowls

Sculptural porcelain bowls by Copenhagen ceramicist Ditte Fischer.

Inspired by the elegant silhouette of a boat, Ditte Fischer's Boat Bowls combine long, gently curved forms with a distinctive silky matte finish. Handmade in Denmark from coloured porcelain, each bowl is carefully finished by hand, bringing a tactile quality to its simple, elongated shape.

Available in a range of sizes and colours, the smaller bowls are ideal for salt, olives, nuts and little things served at the table, while the larger sizes offer plenty of room for fruit, bread, salads and sharing. Their sculptural forms also make them beautiful decorative objects, with or without anything inside.
