SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All pieces are stocked in Toronto, and orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll be in touch right away.
For peace of mind, every parcel is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, mail volume, and rural destinations can sometimes add extra days
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, any associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer
Please note that for deliveries outside Canada, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
Parcels are sent with care through Canada Post. If you would prefer a faster delivery, we are happy to arrange express shipping (additional charges may apply). Simply reach out to us at info@danishdesignspace.com for details on rates and timing and we will help find the best option for you.
Canada:
Flat rate of 15 CAD per order - Tracked Expedited Parcel.
Delivery standard 3-8 business days.
United States:
We are still finding the best way to send our pieces across the border under the new U.S. import rules.

We ship worldwide using Tracked Packet International, with an estimated delivery time of 7–18 business days.

MAKE IT A GIFT
We gift wrap and ship directly to the recipient, including a gift receipt, at no extra cost. Simply add a note in the “additional information” field at check-out.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
All sale items are final sale.
Canada:
If you want to exchange an item, please email us at shop@danishdesignspace.com for us to confirm product availability and to set up the free return shipment with Canada Post (Canada only).
If you want to return an item please send us an email at shop@danishdesignspace.com, and we will help you set up the free return shipment (Canada only).
All returns and exchanges must be in new condition (unused and undamaged), and in the original packaging.
US and International:
We do not offer free exchanges/returns on shipments to the United States and International destinations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all return shipments be insured. If items are damaged during return shipping, we will not be able to provide a refund.

DAMAGES
When receiving the parcel it is important you check to make sure that there are no visible damages. If everything is as expected the carrier will ask you to sign for the receipt. In case the packaging is damaged or have other visible indications of defects, remember to sign for receipt with reservations of potential damages of the products.
We check all items prior to shipping them to you, but should you find that an item has been damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange exchange or return.
