SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

We carefully pack and ship every order within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Every parcel is shipped with tracking and requires a signature upon delivery for added peace of mind.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or rural destinations.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal of delivery, any shipping or return charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

Flat-rate shipping: CAD $15

Carrier: Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracked)

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

United States

Because duties and tariffs currently vary by order, U.S. checkout is not available online. If you would like to place an order, please contact us at shop@danishdesignspace.com, with the items you would like to purchase and your shipping address, and we will be happy to provide a personalized quote that includes shipping and applicable duties.

International

We happily ship worldwide. Please email shop@danishdesignspace.com with the items you would like to purchase and your shipping address, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.

For all orders shipped outside Canada, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner? We are happy to arrange express shipping whenever possible. Simply contact us for available options and pricing.

GIFT WRAPPING

Every gift deserves thoughtful presentation.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping and are happy to ship directly to your recipient, complete with a gift receipt.

Simply enter your recipient's name and shipping address during checkout, and leave your gift message in the Additional Information field. We will take care of the rest.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you'll love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that sale items are final sale.

Canada

Email shop@danishdesignspace.com, and we will provide a prepaid Canada Post return label for eligible returns and exchanges.

United States & International

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving.

When your parcel arrives, please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage, we recommend signing for the parcel while noting the damage with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
