Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will always do our best to get your pieces to you gently and promptly.
Where do you ship from? All orders ship from Toronto, Canada. We currently ship within North America, Europe, and Australia, but if you are elsewhere and have your eye on something, feel free to reach out, we may be able to help.
Do you offer local pickup or in-person shopping? We are an online-only boutique, so we don’t offer pickup or have a physical storefront, but we are always happy to answer questions and help you choose the right piece.
Returns & Damages
What if something arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging each order, but if something arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item? We want you to love your pieces. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer returns or exchanges on most items in original condition. (Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.)
Product Care & Materials
Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe? Each piece is handcrafted, and care instructions may vary. You will find specific details on each product page, but when in doubt, handwashing is always gentler and helps pieces last longer.
Where are your products made? We work with skilled artisans in Denmark, each one carefully selected for their craft and commitment to quality. Every piece in our collection is made to last and meant to be kept.
Gifts & Special Requests
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping using white or black paper, finished with silk ribbon in soft, muted tones. Simple and elegant, it is ready to give.
Can I include a personal note? We are also happy to include a handwritten note with your message. Just leave a note at checkout.
Restocking & Availability
Will you restock sold-out items? Some pieces are part of our permanent collection and may be restocked. Others are limited editions or small-batch finds and may not return once sold out.
Can I reserve or pre-order a piece? If there is something you love, feel free to email us. We are happy to let you know if or when it might be available again.
