Inspired by traditional Scandinavian waffle making, this Glass Snowflake Ornament by Marion Fortat is pressed in a waffle iron, giving the glass its delicate pattern and softly textured surface.

The clear glass catches and reflects the light, while the gold string adds a bright, unexpected note of seasonal colour. Hang it on the Christmas tree, from a winter branch, or in a window where the light can pass through the glass.

Individually handmade, each snowflake has subtle variations that reflect the making process and give every piece its own character.

Handmade in Denmark by Marion Fortat.
