Designed for a single flower or simple stem, the Short GUM Vase in Blue by Marion Fortat is shaped by the spontaneity of the glassblowing process. Inspired by the similarity between a bubble of molten glass and a bubble of chewing gum, each vase is blown, stretched, and twisted by hand.

The blue glass brings depth and colour to its rounded, organic form, while subtle variations in shape and expression make every piece one of a kind. Small in scale but sculptural in presence, it is equally beautiful holding a single bloom or displayed on its own.
