Inspired by the simple shape of a traditional pincushion, the BOS Cushion in Black/Lime Green by Place de Bleu has a distinctive round form with a contrasting centre button. The dark woven fabric is patterned with small lime green dots that shift in scale across the surface, creating a subtle sense of movement.

Designed and handmade in Denmark, each cushion is made using surplus textiles from Danish textile manufacturer Kvadrat. Giving these high quality fabrics a new purpose makes each piece part of a limited collection while keeping beautiful materials in use.

At 47 cm in diameter, its rounded shape and unexpected colour combination add contrast among more traditional square cushions and work beautifully on a sofa, armchair, or bed.
