Inspired by the simple form of the traditional Japanese chawan, this White Mug by Tasja P is a handleless stoneware cup designed for coffee or tea. Its gently rounded cylindrical shape sits comfortably between the hands and gives the piece a simple, tactile quality.

Finished in a soft white glaze, each mug has a small hand painted brushstroke at the rim in either deep blue or a warm natural tone. The expressive mark provides a subtle contrast to the otherwise simple form and makes each mug slightly different.

Individually handmade in Denmark, variations in glaze, texture, and brushwork are part of the character of each piece.
