Simple and sculptural, the White/Mint Carafe by Ditte Fischer is designed for serving water at the table, but its distinctive form makes it equally beautiful filled with flowers or a few taller branches. Its boat shaped spout echoes the lines of Ditte Fischer’s Boat Bowl collection, adding character to an otherwise simple silhouette.

Handmade in Denmark from porcelain clay, the exterior is left unglazed and wet sanded by hand to create a silky matte surface, while the interior is glazed for everyday use. The combination of white and soft mint green adds a fresh touch of colour while allowing the sculptural form to remain the focus.

At 27 cm high with a 1 litre capacity, it works equally well as a functional carafe, an unexpected vase or simply an object on its own.
