Teapot

A porcelain teapot with a simple form and stainless steel handle.

The Teapot by Ditte Fischer combines a sculptural porcelain body with a slender stainless steel handle. Handmade in Copenhagen from coloured porcelain, it is glazed inside and water sanded by hand on the outside to create Ditte Fischer’s characteristic silky matte surface.

With a one litre capacity, the teapot is designed for serving tea at the table. The contrast between the matte porcelain and stainless steel handle gives the functional form a distinctive finish.
